My free trail is ending, what now?

Your account will stop automatically when your free trial ends. You can contact us to purchase a license. We can restore your account with the data and settings you created during your free trial period, if you buy a license within 30 days after the free trial ends. Your data will be deleted after 30 days if no license is bought.

My Login is not working. What can I do?

You can use WP-Magazines for 30 days, free of charge. After 30 days your account will automatically be deactivated and deleted. Within your free trial period you can use every possible feature we have. You can work with it and give digital publishing a try. Just publish your own publication and see what it can bring you!

How many days can I use the free trial?

The free trial period ends automatically after 30 days. Log in to your account to see how many days are left.

How can I change my email or password?

You can request a new password via this url. Your email is the same as your username. It can’t be changed.

Can I change my personal settings?

Some settings are changeable, such as user type (if you are an adminsitrator).

How can I create an extra user?

Log in to the CMS. On the left side you will find the menu. Click on users. At the top of this page you will find a blue button with “add new”. Add the details of the new user and add a user role. Click save and the new user has been added.

How can I transfer my account to a colleague?

You can transfer an account to a colleague by connecting their email address. You do this by changing the email address in the user settings. You cannot change the username.

How can I buy a license?

Check out the different subscriptions here. Click on the button under the desired subscription and your request will be processed immediately.

Can I change my account details?

You can change your name, email address and password by logging into your account dashboard. Login via this link. Click on Account details and change your profile settings.

Can I see my invoices?

Login to you account dashobard via this link. Click on My Subscription, scroll down to see an overview of your invoices. From there you can view and download each invoice separately.

How can I upgrade my subscription?

If you want to upgrade your subscription, please contact us via this link. We will ensure that your account details remain the same and that your request is processed.

How can I downgrade my subscription?

Subscriptions are for one year, with a notice period of 1 month. It is not possible to downgrade a subscription within this period. Do you want to downgrade your subscription after this yearly subscription? Please email us at least one month before the end of your subscription period via this link, and your application will be processed immediately.

How do I re-open a closed account?

If you contact us within 30 days after the end date of your subscription we can restore your account with the data and settings you created during your subscription. After 30 days the account and data will be deleted.

Where can I find or change my billing information?

Login to you account dashboard via this link. Click on Addresses to change your billing adres.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account up to 1 month before the renewal date. Otherwise, your account will be renewed for another 12 months. If you wish to cancel your account please contact us.

What happens to my publications if I cancel my account?

If you cancel your account, publications will be accessible until the end of the contract. After that, all publications will be taken offline. We’ll keep your settings and publications for 30 days after your contract ends. If you decide to renew during this period, your data can be restored. After that the data will be deleted permanently.
